What payment methods do you accept?

Order fulfillment takes 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday), and shipping takes 7-10 business days (Monday-Friday). Total delivery time is usually 8-12 business days.

How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before it is processed. To do so, please email us at support@acologyinc.com with your order number.
How can I return a product?
You have 30 days to return an unused product in its original packaging. For return instructions, please contact us at support@acologyinc.com.
Who covers the cost of return shipping?
If the product is defective or was damaged during shipping, we cover the cost of return shipping. If you return the product because you changed your mind, you cover the cost of shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
After receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.
What should I do if the product arrived damaged?
If you receive a damaged product, please send photos to support@acologyinc.com within 30 days of delivery. We offer a free replacement or a full refund
Is my data secure?
Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption, and payments are processed by certified PCI DSS-compliant operators. Payment card details are not stored by Acology.
