Order cancellation policy

At Acology, we want the shopping process to be quick, simple, and hassle-free. However, we understand that sometimes plans can change. Below you will find the rules for canceling orders in our store.

Order cancellation deadline

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Due to our fast order processing, we are not always able to stop or cancel a shipment after this time.

To cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible after purchase to:

support@acologyinc.com

In the message, please include:

  • Order Number

  • First and Last name

  • Contact Details

This will allow us to quickly identify your order and process the cancellation.

After the deadline

Two hours after placing your order, it may already be in the process of being fulfilled or shipped, so it may not be possible to cancel it.

In this case, you can use the Refund Policy after receiving your shipment.

Errors in the delivery address

If you notice an error in the delivery address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we will try to correct it before shipping.

After this time:

  • responsibility for the correctness of the address

  • any costs of return or re-shipment

rest with the customer.

Orders that cannot be canceled

Some orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed — this applies in particular to:

  • personalized products

  • products made to individual order

Information about the inability to cancel such products is always visible when placing an order.
